กรณีลง Window เป็น 32 bit มีวิธีการแก้ไขดังนี้ 

1. Copy (คัดลอก) file ที่มีนามสกุล .ocx (ทั้งหมดที่ error ) จาก C:\Programs File\Rdinet

     Paste(วาง) file ที่มีนามสกุล .ocx (ทั้งหมดที่ error ) จาก C:\Windows\System32

 

2. คลิกปุ่ม Start 

   > ใน Start Search  พิมพ์คำว่า cmd

   > แสดงชื่อโปรแกรม cmd.exe > คลิกขวาที่ cmd.exe > เลือก Run as administrator

 

3. แสดงหน้าต่าง Command Prompt

    สังเกตที่ Title Bar จะแสดง  Administrator: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

    แสดง Prompt ที่ c:\Windows\system32>

            พิมพ์คำว่า  regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx  หรือ

            พิมพ์คำว่า  regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\tabctl32.ocx  หรือ

            พิมพ์คำว่า  regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\crystl32.ocx   หรือ

            พิมพ์คำว่า  regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\Msflxgrd.ocx  หรือ

            พิมพ์คำว่า  regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\Msmask32.ocx  แล้วกดปุ่ม enter

(แล้วแต่ว่าโปรแกรมแจ้ง error ไฟล์นามสกุล.ocx อะไร  ที่เคยเจอจะมีทั้งหมด  5 ไฟล์ไล่เรียงตามข้างต้น)

จะแสดงหน้าต่างข้อความ  "DllRegisterServer in c:\windows\system32\tabctl32.ocx  succeeded."

กรณีลง Windows 7 เป็น 64 bit มีวิธีการแก้ไขดังนี้ 

แก้ไขเหมือนแบบ 32 bit ด้านบน แต่เปลี่ยน 

จาก C:\Programs File\Rdinet เป็น C:\Program Files (x86)\Rdinet

จาก C:\Windows\System32 เป็น C:\Windows\SysWOW64 

 

ดำเนินการเหมือน 32 bit ครับ

สำหรับการยื่นแบบผ่าน Internet ภ.ง.ด. 3,53 ... ในขั้นตอนของการ Upload ไฟล์ ให้ทำการ Upload ไฟล์ผ่าน Browser Internet Explorer 5-8 เท่านั้น ถ้าหากใช้  Internet Explorer 9, Google Chorme , Firefox จะไม่สามารถ Upload ไฟล์ได้
